- Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are covered by the brand only in cases of defects or errors, while customers are responsible for shipping costs when the request is based on personal preferences such as size or color
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit within 3–7 business days
